Lemon Juice is a well-known natural remedy for constipation. Taken on an empty stomach with a glass of lukewarm water and a teaspoon of honey, it makes a tasty and refreshing drink. You can also add some freshly chopped mint leaves to the mixture, which will improve the taste and freshen the breath as well.
